Hi, I'm Malinga Paddy Derrick, a 26-year-old intern Medical Doctor at Entebbe Regional Referral Hospital in Entebbe, Uganda. I'm also the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Wayforward Youth Africa. I'm passionate about improving healthcare quality and enjoy participating in quality improvement programs. My Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery, coupled with experience in various projects, has honed my leadership skills (e.g., Vice President and Chair SCOHE at FAMSA, President of Ngo Nga Solidarity, and Vice President of Medxmentor). Driven by the belief that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental human right, I'm dedicated to promoting advancements in healthcare services. I believe a self-sustaining and efficient healthcare system is achievable, and I aspire to contribute to its realization.
